Build .sql File button should work

Status: New

As NI has acknowledged (here, here) for more than 5 years, the Build .sql File button creates schemas with errors.  This is even true for the default schemas in the left of the dialog.  Would be great if NI would go ahead and correct this.  BTW - to create default tables in the meantime, a developer should use a SQL file located here:  <TestStand>\Components\Models\TestStandModels\Database

One double-click to find them,
One interface to bring them all
and in the panel bind them.

Yes, please!

Even the included examples won't work out-of-the box

The comment lines are non-standard and commands are missing the generally accepted ; (semicolon) termination.

Now is the right time to use %^<%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S%3uZ>T

Phil,

That's really not everywhere (T-sql in MS SQL DB's, for example).  When I have to work in MySQL, I generally find it annoying to have to make sure I have semicolons at the end of each line.

Amen on the Build .sql file working.  This does not create the tables actually used by TestStand.  When I read the schema, it only vaguely resembles the tables.
