Add Arry Elements

Hope it will be good to have AddArrayElements in TestStand (OperatorslFunctions) which will reduce effort using Loops to do the same function.

I have been doing that with Locals.MyArray += {element}

Works fine as long as it is a native type (like string, numeric), but not always great if it is a custom type.

Is there some other use case where that would not work?
