Invert Option in all Boolean Terminals

Status: New

It would be great if the invert option is given for all possible Boolean terminals like input and output of Boolean functions, controls, indicators like what we have in compound arithmetic function.

Invert option in boolean terminal

I think invert options on basic booleans - both on input and on output - could really clean up code.

I don't like having the invert option on controls and indicators though. I think those could be too easily overlooked.

My work-around has just been to almost always use the Compound Arithmetic boolean.

I second the motion of not having the invert terminals on controls/indicators.

I don't like it on controls/indicators either, but having it on all operators is an excellent idea.

This idea is a duplicate of Jeff Bohrer's "Negate input on boolean functions"

It's a duplicate, but neither has been worked on. So, kudo-ing both!

Looking at the comments on this idea, I ended up searching invert, negate, bubble, and circle (skipping anything that was already marked duplicate).  I figured I might as well link the related ideas.

Also, I agree with the comments on not adding inversion bubbles to controls and indicators.
