Extend the Multi-Numeric Step type to the Multi-Measurement with string and Boolean comparisons.

I have extended the multi-numeric step type to use the string and Boolean comparisons.  We have several tests that require string verification to match the exact string and to verify the string format. Therefore I have added the ability for the multi-numeric step type to use string comparisons, including regular expression for string testing.

There appears to be several features buried in here. 

• One to extend the functionality of them multi numeric limit test to be multi measurement test 
• One to extend the base functionality of the String value test to allow a "contains" option (and log only). 
• And another around Regular expressions (these would need to be in the TestStand engine to start with)

Not sure if this idea exchange allows the splitting of a suggestion - maybe there is another suggestion!

Either way I think all are valid and would help give clean solutions and speed up development time.
