For God's sake please add a zoom function, the text and icons are so small that my eyes burn when looking at the block diagram window.

Or at least just a way to make icons/text bigger so it's easier to manage connections.

This is the LabWindows/CVI Idea Exchange. I believe you meant to post on the LabVIEW Idea Exchange. Adding zoom to block diagrams is a commonly suggested idea, but as you can see in this post (the most kudoed Block Diagram Zoom Idea), NI has provided an explanation for declining this request. If you have any further thoughts on the idea, I would suggest posting there.
