I have black colour plastic material in that I need to find defects on that Please suggest me which lighting setup is best

There is so little information here it is difficult to answer the question.

How big is the part?  What kind of finish does it have?  What kind of defects?  What size of defects?  What is the shape of the part?  Is it flat, round, etc?  Can you post a picture?

If the part is shiny, you can put lights at a 45 degree angle to the part.  Shiny area will look black, and defects will look white.

If the part is matte, a ring light might work best.

I used coaxial light in that we replace lighting source with colimated light. I had different intensity light. In these images I have to find scratches, Burr etc on the surface,outer edges but not inner side. Please suggest me which lighting setup I have to use. The material is plastic material which is in black colour.

Black color is ok but what is the finish of the plastic? Can you post an image?

What is the lens that you are using. Do you have a telecentric lens?

I am Not telecentric lens. I am using 12-36mm lens
