HI guys ... i am new to this forum. I dont know how to start a new forum or thread... plz guide me. when i click start new topic, it replies that i have not enough rights.. Plz help me this

Did you read this thread?  I gave instructions in post 11.  The New Message button takes you to a search which you MUST do before posting.

 

 I'm not sure about "not enough rights".  I don't think new users are restricted in this forum.  You may have to contact NI by email to see what's wrong.
