You'll need the LabVIEW application builder.

http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/10731

It comes with LabVIEW Professional Edition or as an add on.

Some info on how to use it...http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4039

I can't seem to edit my last post (unexpected error)

This page has better more up to date instructions...http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3303

And you really should start another thread or search the developer zone for tutorials/instructions first!

If the target machine does not have LabVIEW installed on it you will need to create an installer.  The installer should include the appropriate LabVIEW Run-time engine.
