Which version of LabVIEW are you using? Your issue appears to be similar to the one mentioned here:

Can you go through the above article and check if you have any in-lined vis?

Hi guys,

I have the same problem, but I dont have any PPL library in my project. 

My project has been developped on Labview 2011, but I am using now Labview 2014.

I'am trying to build the RT application but the same error dialog appears (1003) saying that there is a vi with broken arrow but I there is no problem with my VIs.

Can you help me please !
