Get rid of the "Bell" when opening the icon editor from the block diagram window

If you double click on the VI icon to open the icon editor from the BD window LV triggers the default beep sound.....why?

There does not seem to be any reason why this bell fires. The icon editor still opens, I can drag and drop from the BD icon.

Drop the beep and make it function the same as the icon on the front panel. 

Admittedly this is one of those things that isn't so much a usability issue but more of a continuous annoyance.

The beep when clicking on the icon from the block diagram is still present in LabVIEW 2018.  It happens both for a single-click and for a double-click.

This has annoyed me for years, but I don't have speakers on my computer at work, so I only think about it when I'm coding at home, away from LV source code, and I never remembered to fix it.

I have removed it from 2019 (it'll still be there in first beta because that's already in final prep). I'll tag it for consideration to patch older versions, though I suspect The Powers That Be will say its not a critical fix so will be reluctant to patch.

Weibe: All I needed was the reminder at a time when I happened to be in the code base. Some things are easy to fix.
