We are looking for a tool that allows us to create a model (with hydraulic and mechanical components), which can be run on a Veristand real-time target. The tool should support object oriented modeling (not just signal oriented modeling).
By reading some documentation, I'm certain that SimulationX supports a dll-Export explicitly designed for Veristand. Alternatives may be Matlab/Simulink (including SimMechanics, SimHydraulics, Real-Time Workshop), Dymola or MapleSim (and perhaps others).
Has anyone some experience with a similar task and can recommend a tool or run into problems with one of the mentioned tools?

Hi,
These are the supported modeling environments:

Hi,
thanks for your answer. But is there really the possibility of object oriented modeling in LabView? Is there a hydraulics library for example?
I am not certain, if "object oriented modeling" is a generally known term: In this article there is a nice comparison of what I call object oriented modeling and signal oriented modeling.

LabVIEW has several toolkits but not for hydraulics. SimulationX includes a hydraulics library. By the way: ITI is an Alliance Partner of NI.
