I have a SCXI -1122 device and  i want to measure current at 350mA -1 A range. Is it possible with this device or is there else device that you recommend

The SCXI Module you are talking about is a MUX for +/-250mV.

There are different modules for current measureing signal condition, like 1100 or 1166, however I would suggest to call your local NI office where you get the best help on this.
