shipped with 8.7.1

I just received a USB DAQ 6009 and it shipped with NI-DAQmx 8.7.1. Can or should I use NI-DAQmx 8.8?

Hi Chico1st,

Unless you also have a Wireless DAQ device, I would recommend NI-DAQmx 8.7.2, which has a few bug fixes from 8.7.1.  You can see which bugs were fixed in the readme.  NI-DAQmx 8.8 will likely also work very well, but the only real addition is Wireless DAQ support, so if you don't need that, 8.7.2 is the best choice.
