Hi - I'm looking for a continuous DAQ device that supports oscilloscope probe terminations. My application has used 4 probes, three 100X voltage probes, and one current probe that are all tektronix probes terminated to a tektronix oscilloscope. I've had some difficulty in some tests where the oscilloscope didn't trigger properly, and would like to move to a continuous log of the data during the test that doesn't rely on a hardware trigger. There is just always this uncertainty of if the signal was actually there and the oscilloscope didn't trigger properly (trigger fault) or was the signal not ever there to begin with? The sample rate isn't crazy fast -- only 10-100 samples per millisecond should suffice for this application looking at trends that exist for 8-10 ms. I have a CompactDAQ chassis so I was wondering if the NI 9775 would work for my application. Most DAQ devices have really high input impedance and so oscilloscope probes will not work (as they expect 1Mohm input impedance not Gohm input impedance).
Thank you for your input.
