Lookout 6.0 opc/opl error

I have lookout version 6.0 and RSLINX 2.43 OEM installed.  I can see the plc's through RSLINX but Lookout is giving me red "X" for all the data display windows.  I am running Windows 32bit XP. any suggestions, I am not that familiar with lookout.  I am installing on a new computer the old one died and we did not have a back up.    thanks

Red X means bad quality/no connection.

If you edit the OPC client object, can you see the correct OPC server?

When I go under the DDE/OPC topic configuration in RSLINX I can see my topic but there is no yellow padlock next to it like other lokout screen pc's

Correct, the OPCClient should show the tags that are available when it is connected to the object.

If you edit the OPC Client does it show the correct OPC server in the "Server Name" area?
