Hypertrend not showing data

My architecture was as follows:-
Two Realtime Lookout Servers- Redundant
One 'DBserver', so named as it would serve the clients even as it served as client to Rdundant Servers.
There are 11 clients.
The process network and the Administration Network were isolated by using DBserver to serve clients.

Everything was fine till the End user decided to use its own network for internet.
They translated our IP addresses into there's.
While Lookout now communicates, we don't see historical data trends!!
The data is being logged by DB server which serves as server to all 11 clients.
What could be the reason?

You might want to reprogam the hypertrends. If the computer names or locations changed then the hypertrend path
