I have a customer using LOOKOUT 4.0.1 (Build 61) that keeps getting "Client disconnected from database" alarm. I have had him check to be certain that the Citadel Database path is correct. I have have him delete everything in that particular folder and restart LOOKOUT. After about 30 seconds, the alarm comes back. Will updating LOGOS solve this? How can I tell what version LOGOS is now? And finally, can LOGOS 4.5 be installed on a machine that is running LOOKOUT 4.0.1?
Hi Travis, Updating your version of Logos is definitely a possible solution. The newer versions of Logos are compatible with Lookout 4.0.1, so you should have no problem with the install.
