Event structure behaves weird, bug?

I'm quite new on Linux Desktop, currently using LV 2020 Sp1 on OpenSuse

The event structure behave differently on Linux and Windows, is that normal or event documented somewhere?

See in attached vi, the VI is broken because  a constant is connected to the timeout terminal but there is no timeout event to handle it.

Also the texts displayed are all weird, see below, I guess this is a localization issue, right? :

Thank you for reporting this. It does look like a bug and I'm following up to make sure this is investigated further.

I attempted to reproduce this in OpenSUSE 15.2 w/ LabVIEW 2020 SP1 and could not recreate the garbled event structure case lists like your screenshots show. Here is what I see...

Are you running a localized OS? I know LabVIEW on Linux is not currently localized, but we've also not seen issues reported with localization strings showing up wonky like this! Please let me know if you still have details to share about your configuration and I'll dig further.

Thanks!

Thanks for your answer, no, I'm not using a localized Linux.

I create on LV2020 on Windows a VI that simply contains a method node to close the FP :

If I transfer it to my Linux VM, and open it, I get this :

If I run that VI on Linux, it does close the FP though... quite annoying.

I tried on a Ubuntu 20, it does the same.
