Is "visaconf" installed if I've installed ni-visa on Ubuntu 18.04

I think that I've successfully installed ni-visa on Ubuntu 18.04 by following the instructions at:

https://www.ni.com/en-ca/support/documentation/supplemental/18/downloading-and-installing-ni-driver-...

(At the end I install the "ni-visa" package)

I can see that pyvisa recognizes the ni-visa installation.

But I don't seem to have access to the "visaconf" program.  Should this have been installed?   Or do I need to install other packages?

Thanks!
