updating array cluster combo box

ok I am trying to update an array of clusters into a combo box I can do it with a scalar to an array but I can not figure out how to do it with the array.

The issue is still not clear to me. Are you trying to convert an array of clusters of strings to an array of combo boxes? Or, doing something else? Overall, can you explain the big picture to me? What idea are you exactly trying to implement here?
