It is not a "button", and it is in the "express..sig manip" palette. It does not generate any signal but manipulates existing signals!
It also means that you are using dynamic data and this probably means that there are better ways for whatever you are trying to do. If you show us what you are doing, maybe we can suggest better alternatives.
(Next time, please use a more descriptive subject. There is no need to repeat the name of the forum. Every single post here is about "LabVIEW" one way or another, so this subject is completely redundant (also note the correct letter case).)
As we already said, please do not attach images of code. But if you do, please crop to the interesting part. We don't need to see your entire phone screen.
