error generation preview

Hello

I'm using LV 13.0 (32) bit.

after finishing my project i decided to generate installer for our customer.

but i have faced with this error :

Application works without any problem .

I have test my project with LV13 (64 bit).

installer generated without any problem .

and I have generated many installer with LV 13 (32 bit).

I don't know why this project has problem.

How shold we know without knowing your project/LabVIEW installation?

As i said i can generate this project with LV 13 (64 bit)

i couldn't generate with LV 13 (32) bit.

Hey there.

See the article linked below and try the solution there. Also see the LabVIEW 2013 Patch Details- apparently this issue was fixed in the LabVIEW 2013 f2 patch for 32 bit. From that page: "In LabVIEW 2013, including VIs from libraries that have unsatisfied dependencies cause building an installer to fail with error 1 "Error Generating Preview." Hope this helps!
