Windows XP2 shut down failure

I recently installed LabVIEW DSC module, RT module, and FieldPoint on a PC with Windows XP Service Pack 2. After install the PC will no longer shut down properly. It completes the log off, but hangs during the shutdown process. My client won't be happy if I can't fix the problem..

Any Ideas?

There is a problem with the NI Keyboard Filter component that installs with the complete installation of LabVIEW DSC or Lookout.
