VI web client

Hello,

I'm trying to create web client, to get some information from web service, and I'm totally new in this web staff...

i tried with web service: 

https://secure.softwarekey.com/solo/webservices/XmlLicenseService.asmx

and with example in attachment.

But i don't get proper information.

'' Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: ''

Can anyone get me some info, what should be in envelope, header, body...

How to proceed, because i don't really understand what is written in xml...
