Output Signal from PXIe-7846R

Hello, 

While working on my project- I need to generate digital signals with regulated duration and period between pulses. I tried to generate those signals and looked up using an oscilloscope but no signals were outputted. I simplified connection and program to investigate the issue. Now the problem is as you can see on the screen below. DIO0 (on pin 36 of NI-7846R) is connected directly to DIO1 (on pin 37). As you can see, no positive signal is received on DIO1 input. How exactly should I set DIO0 to be able to set digital Output to Positive? Is there any example of outputing signals using DIO on PXI ?
