VI Window Scrollbar Problems!!!

I have a problem with the VI window scroll bars.

When I scroll to the edge of the window the scroll bars disappear and I cannot come to the centre of the window anymore.

Sounds silly but it happens and is there any solution for this problem.

Try minimizing your screen (Tile not Full screen).

The scroll bars are only there if you can't see everything.
