System state: IP Stack Configuration Error

I'm getting the message "System state: IP Stack Configuration Error" when I start up with Real-Time Desktop Validator.I read the following

How Can I Test My PC For Compatibility with LabVIEW Real-Time or LabWindows/CVI Real-Time for Desktop ETS?

Real Time PC target ethernet problem

But I can not find a solution, any suggestion?
I´m using a configuration:
My processor is a Pentium 4,
hard drive is IDE (reformatted to FAT32).
Intel Ethernet 82550 (in the list of supported devices) I disable the extra ethernet chipsets in the bios and only have one available that is compliant with the desktop ETS system requirements.
I connected the PC to our network(which has a DHCP server)

I solved the problem, thank you.

For people faced with same problem:

I reinstall OS with the USB utility disk  and I reset network settings, it started to work.
