Nothing outside While Loop gets executed

I have a simple VI where inside a while loop i am generating random numbers and then auto-indexing them to store as an array. 

However the output (array) never executes.

Press the STOP button and you'll get array

And do some (free) courses. This is the most important "G" feature: data flow.
