Value from a While loop to another While loop

Hi, I am stuck with a problem. I need to use a Value of a Frequency which I setting to my funcion generator in a while loop. I need to use this information in a second while loop form setting a SAMP:COUNT (sample count) for a multimetre.

use local variable or channels
