Sorry for the delay, I needed IT to resolve some issues with the external FTP server before I could upload the driver. You should be able to find it at  ftp://ftp.ni.com/outgoing/Spartan3E_4_3.exe for the next 48 hours.

By the way, I'm wondering the latest driver on NI is used for Labview FPGA 2012 or 2012sp1?

Just in case our department would purchase the latest version of Labivew in the near future.
