LabVIEW 2017 SP1 (32bit) - Compiler Error Jpeg.lib

Since updating to SP1 I get an error when trying to open one of the following VIs from the library. I tried to open an older version (Labview 2015) Version of the library with LabVIEW 2017 but i get the same error. Can anyone reproduce this error? 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2017\vi.lib\picture\jpeg.llb"

WIN 10 64bit - LabVIEW 2017 SP1 (32bit)

No VI's are following... I assume it's Write JPEG File.vi and Read JPEG File.vi?

(Can't reproduce, but I don't have the exact same version.)

No problem on my PC with 2017 SP1. 

Did you install the F1 patch for SP1?

I spoke to the customer. The error disappeared after the first reboot of the pc that is required after installation of SP1.
