Is "1easyIO.llb" a National instuments LLB?

I let the LV8 yellow screen sit for 2 hours and nothing. I decided not to waste another 2 hours wating for the device drivers screen. HOW LONG did it take for YOU?

Clarifying:

It was while doing the drivers install that I saw the extremely long delay.

I really can not answer that question. I went to another machine and worked there and did not time it. SImilarly teh engineer in the next cube over kept asking me "How long is this going to take?". Eventually it finished up for him as well.

For the time being, you may just want to take note of my observations. If the downloaded version starts to take along time as well, you can "let it cook" knowing that at least someone else has seen the same behaviour.

No, thank you for giving us a chance!

The other LabVIEW Champions and I are working with NI to help them deliver a better "less painful" product. Your posting and similar ones let us know about the traps laying in corners we have not personally explored and gives our "behind the scenes" discusions more weight.

Please keep us posted one way or another so others can benefit from your observations.

Seriously, I am surprised at how generous the community has been (including those that work at NI) in trying to get you up and running.  Especially considering the manner in which you ask for help :womanmad:
