Help hangs

When i press ctrl ? or select search the labview help from the help menu I get a white popup which i cannot get rid of except to abort the program

I hace 126 GB of free space on c drive and 1.93 GB of ram

Since it has nothing to do with your free space in your hardrive or your ram, you should probably report that here.

In that case is it that the labview alone hangs? Can you click the start button and open other programs?

Just a thought...

The new version of LV includes functions that "phone home" to NI. Could this hang be network related?

The last time I had a problem with LabVIEW Help it was related to Adobe Flash.

It works now. I had to uninstall and reinstall Labview.
