Event structures in multiple simultaneous programs.

Main.vi with a sub popup.vi called via vi server.  Popup.vi is built into a .llb file to be called from main
and is also built into an .exe to be used as a stand-alone application.

If I use an event structure in main.vi and a different event structure within popup.vi will the two coexist
peacefully when popup.vi is called from within main?  It feels like they should be ok.  Thanks for any input.
