Dear reader,
I am using KUSB 488 to interface GPIB in my own labview programs. I have done the following
i) first I installed KUSB - 488B driver (KI-488 NI compatible driver) software
ii) then I started checking my connected instruments Keithley 244C & 2182A and Lakeshore 336 TC through KI-488 diagnostic tool. It shows respective GPIB address for each installed device.
iii) I have opened my labview program to check the I/O. But it does not shows any GPIB address of the device also it showing error code 0 and it tells NI-488.2 may not installed.
I have tried to sort out this problem in different ways. first uninstalled NI-488.2 and the removed all the programs including Labview and vise versa. But still I am not able to find the exact problem either by lab view programs or other supporting devices.
I have used labview 64 bit, KI-488 64 bit, windows 64 config or should I use labview 32 for my NI- 488.2 program.
can anyone please help me to solve this problem.
