Cannot install software on cRIO 9076

Hello

I'm trying to install a new software into my cRIO 9076, although i'm getting the following error:

 Something is strange because i have the cRIO connected with RJ45 cruzed patchcord to my PC, MAX can detect that, they are in the same subnet mask, but i can't install nothing.

Someone have a tip?

Your crio is having link local ip address. even though your crio and system is in the same subnet, is your system ip address is also on the same range???

yes, they are in the same range. Although i cant change anything in cRio and i no wonder why...

Reset the crio and try again.

I have already done that and nothing change. Even the ip is the same.

Is your system ip address static or dynamic?

Make sure it is static

What is the IP address of the network adapter in your computer that you connected to the cRIO?

I have static IP address.

Ethernet adapter Ethernet:

Autoconfiguration IPv4 address: 169.254.114.xxx

Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0

cRIO:

IP: 169.254.73.125

same subnet mask

Maybe i have to change 73 for 114?
