So, i need to connect the cRIO with PC through a hub in the same subnet mask and same IP.
My problem was in the network cable which is connected in the dock and not in PC. This don't allow the connection between cRIO and MAX to do installation of software, but allow to format... Strange Thing...
With cRIO connected to hub and PC connected directly to hub too the problem is solved!
