Help writing EEPROM values

Good afternoon,

I am having trouble writing to EEPROM for the Excelitas thermopile 3446. I am able to read all of the values in RAM and EEPROM however cannot write in EEPROM which the datasheet says can be done to configure the instrument.

Can anyone help me find the issue?
