Can we use Windows API functions

I am trying to programmatically from LV to click a "next" button on a "window" on my screen comming from another application that I am running then filling out some lines that otherwise I would had manually typed. Can I do all of this using windows API set and from LV??

The general answer to your question is "yes". If you do a search for "SendInput" or "SendMessage" you will come across samples that do that.
