App builder problems after updating JKI VIPM

I am having some pretty nasty issues building application installers after a *seemingly* tight correlation to my update of VIPM. After doing so, I can still build my application fine, but the installer hangs up, citing NI LabVIEW Runtime 2015 SP1 Non-English support is not installed. I can't even find the installer for it! Has anyone else had these issues in LV 2k15? It is becoming pretty disruptive to my productivity.

After searching around some and trying different things, I ended up just updating my version of LabVIEW to the newest service pack and it seems to have resolved the issue.
