Allow Diagram Disable Structure and Conditional Disable Structure to be replaced with a Case Structure

These two structures can be replaced with each other, but not with a case structure. I can't count how many times I've drafted some code, then want to reuse some or all of the cases selectably at runtime. Changing to a Conditional Disable Structure is halfway there, but then I'd still need to have a project file to define and edit custom symbols, which I often don't.

I am not sure if Disable structure means Diagram DS, Conditional DS or both.

I actually had a surprisingly hard time finding it, and I knew it existed (and had even Kudoed it)!

I thought that idea existed.  But I couldn't find it either.  I probably searched for "diagram disable", but that idea doesn't have the word "diagram" anywhere in it or the comments.  Perhaps I'll add a comment there with "diagram disable" so it can be found more easily next time.
