If we edit a post that contains a large picture, we cannot scroll up to bring the text above the picture into view (and then click to set the new insert point!) if the current insert point is at or below the picture. Any scrolling with the scroll bar will immediately snap back down. The only way to edit text above the picture is to use the up-arrow to move the insert point manually (... or we can massively enlarge the edit window, often not a good solution).
EDIT: Note that this is not a problem if we scroll with the mouse-wheel. Just when grabbing the scrollbar for scrolling. Unfortunately, I don't have a mouse-wheel on my laptop, severely crippling my workflow in this case.

Thanks for reporting this. I am seeing the same issue when using a trackpad or a mouse and attempting to drag the scrollbar. If you scroll on the trackpad or use the mouse wheel, then you can get around this issue. We will escalate this issue accordingly.
