Paper in CLA exam?

Can anyone advise whether the requirements package is given in pdf format or on paper for the in-person CLA?

The example pdfs make mention of being in a sealed envelope, just want to check

a) it hasnt changed

b) we're allowed to write on them

Would be great to be able to annotate the reqs doc but I don't want to practice doing things like that just to find out it's not possible.

NI came back to me, for anyone else wondering apparently the requirements docs are pdfs, not paper. So i guess they arent in the mentioned envelope anymore. You're permitted to write on paper for planning however. 

Good to know given that it's all on one screen too.
