What's up?

Hey, it's been a (short) while since last time I was around. I see new posting records, star records, a new recognition called the "true enthusiastic five stars"... something like that. But then I decided to post this message so you can tell me what's going on instead of me going through the hundred of new posts. Smiley Tongue

I moved to Puerto Rico to start a small company. Hopefully I will be working with LabVIEW in the area. Wow, all the sudden is LabVIEW 8.

Regards;
Enrique

Hey Enrique,

Nice to hear from you! 😄

Yes, it would be great if you can continue working with LabVIEW at your new location. Your participation here was always highly appreciated.

Good luck with your company and please visit more often! 🙂

Thanks Christian!

Hey, I received a call saying I got something from NI on the mail. I need to pick it up sometime this week. My guess is that it is a star...

Welcome back Enrique!

I suspect you will find a plaque to go with your star.

In many ways "not much" and "a lot" are appropriate answers to your Q.

Yes we now have five "Proven Enthusiastic Veterans" now that CC has  crossed the 2K barrier. I liked it because CC did something and I picked up a new title.

One thing that is worth noting is  we have picked up a new Champion's Champion. Shortly after NI Week, JR Allen (who was our previous Champion's Champion) resigned NI leaving us wanting (JR Allen was instrumental in the LV Zone, the New Discussion Forums, etc). I knew NI would have a hard time finding a replacement for JR but they did so.

Philip Courtois (Last name is French sounding so forget those phonic leasons) has accepted the position of Champion's Champion. He has started out very well in my book by first getting our "Bug List" intitutionalized and is looking into other areas where he can improve the Exchange.

I will let others list the events I missed but I thought Philip's promotion is very notable.

Again, Welcome back Enrique!

I didn't realize Philip got some sort of official position. Congratulations, Philip!
I always like reading your posts.

BTW, how do you manage being at the US, Singapore and Denmark?
Do you fly all over the world every day? Smiley Very Happy
How long does that make your work day?

Sorry, Enrique, I threw it off topic a bit after what Ben said about Philip. I was refering to his signature.
