You read what I wrote correctly. I have to confess that I often say things for its entertainment value and fail to enunciate same with some smiley faces.
In the version of english spoken in my part of the US, any statements that proceed the phrase "Seriously." should be interpreted as humor.

NI is looking into special recognition of 20 years of LV at NI Week this year. Would you be willing to loan your cup to NI for that event? If so I will point the NI people at you.

I think the LabVIEW Champ's costume is still too large for me, but no doubt that if I follow the stars I can make something
I could make a whole dictionnary of my childhood memories related to LabVIEW... Indeed I first heard that word when I was 7 (1989), my father had just started his company in the a full-of-macintosh attic , as a kid I was very attrated by these things called "computer"...
These times seems so fare behind now that I work my ass to the bone every day to develop LabVIEW application on a wintel machine

Woaw... I'd love to go to NI week... I shall talk about that with my boss (he will be there as every year)
If NI people are looking for some kind of precious old things related to LabVIEW they can contact me, but I have more childhood memories than objects, but I can forward to my father, he certainly is one of those who know the whole LabVIEW story and no doubt he could digg out some cool stuff or funny stories !
By the way... You might know my father. If you were at the Alliance Day just before NI week last year you saw him doing a part of the keynote 😉 remember a french guy, 50old not very tall, with a terrible french accent
If I remember well he was talking about the successful partnership between NI and Alliance Members.
About the mug... well... if I send it to Austin for NI Week, how am I going to drink my tea ??

... if NI ships me a special "20 years of LabVIEW mug" so that I can keep drink my tea during NI week, then I might agree to LEND it for a few days

Seems to me that a mug with that much historical value should have a personal escort across the pond. I think NI should fly you out to Austin.
