Allow 45 Degree Free Labels

Currently there is no option for 45 degree text.

I think it would be a great addition and help readability in certain situations e.g:

I don't see 45-degree being useful, but 90-degree CW/CCW would be nice when developing UIs.

We already have the 90 degrees (as shown in jgcode's picture of the existing popup menu). Is there some variant specifically that you're wanting that is missing?
