Add Invoke Node or Property Node to "Duplicate Scale" in XY Graph

So currently in order to have multiple scales in an XY Graph, you must pre-allocate the scales by "Duplicating Scale" on the Front Panel. This does not allow the user to dynamically set the number of scales unless they create them before hand and programmatically make visible/invisible. 

I suggest making some node (invoke or property) to duplicate the scales. This would make the XY Graph scales much more extendable.

to go along with what you are suggesting I guess we would also need the option to delete a scale.
