My Icon is the default clouds in sky icon that you get when signing up.  However I am a paraglider pilot and am always looking up to the skies so it is suitably apt.  cant wait to go out to the himalayas again in Sept.....Thermal Paradise!

Wow!

You don't happen to have one those helmets with a camera built in do you?

I'd love to that!

I have a atc 2000 camera which starps to the side of your head.  I have some footage of when i went last year, however most of it is quite bumpy and shaky (Thermic air = turbulence and lots of looking round).  May try mounting the camera somewhere a bit better, mayby on my boot or something.

Is a really great experience, was hooked after my first couple of hops in training

Really interesting hearing where some of the icons came from with people who's posts I've been reading throughout my LabView career. Mine's pretty self explanatory. I play guitar. When I started working with LabView, though, the first thing I thought of when I saw the way the UI was setup was, "Man, that would be perfect for writing guitar effects programs!" I haven't gotten around to it yet, but one of these days, would like to write a VI with plugins for different effects pedals and amp simulations. Also, in replying to this thread, just got an idea for a new icon. Pretty much the same thing, but it might as well be the guitar I actually own. Time to open up Photoshop 🙂

And there we go! Light blue 60's Fender Strat with a mint green pickguard. Good thing I can keep my wrists and fingers well rested with a graphical programming to keep pluckin' away at good ol' Tess 😄

While that guitar is great, those colors look a bit "ugh", at least at that resolution. I assume it looks better in hi-res.

You might find this thread interesting.
