Editor Plugins using gRPC

I would like to share a draft version of the VeriStand Editor Plugin using gRPC that allows users to read and write strings using gRPC.

It is far from perfect with some caveats. If you have any feedback, feel free to raise a ticket and I will have a look when I have free time.

I just made an update to the VeriStand-gRPC-Plugins

* The gRPC libraries for custom device are now automatically deployed to Linux RT target.
* Added serialization support. Configurations are saved to the screen.
* Allow users to change font size.
