Both of your posts sound like you want someone else to do the basic research which is the part of your tasks you must do before you begin to think about writing software or specifying hardware.
Have you read any of the literature on EMG analysis? Any peer-reviewed publication on the subject of using wavelets to analyze EMG woudl have a discussion about why wavelets were chosen over other methods.
Your question on fuzzy control may be answered the same way. In addition you need to define what you want to control. Since the EMG is generated through muscle activity, you will not be controlling the EMG itself. This is probably not a signal conditioning question, but I cannot tell.
Tell us what you are trying to do and ask specific questions about how to do some part of it rather than asking broad general questions which are so vague as to be meaningless.
